Description of Service

Squad Trivia is a multiplayer trivia game application that allows users to:

• Compete in real-time trivia challenges
• Track game statistics and scores
• Play AI-generated trivia questions on various topics

Account Registration

To use Squad Trivia, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

When using Squad Trivia, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Respect other players and maintain a positive gaming environment
• Not use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading display names
• Not attempt to manipulate game results or exploit bugs
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Share or distribute game content without permission
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Intellectual Property

Squad Trivia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Squad Trivia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Trivia questions and answers in Squad Trivia are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incorrect information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Questions and answers may not always be factually correct
• AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only
• You should not rely on trivia content as a source of factual information
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any AI-generated content

By using Squad Trivia, you accept that occasional inaccuracies are inherent to AI-generated content and agree not to hold us liable for any errors in questions or answers.

User Content

By creating a display name and selecting an avatar, you grant us the right to display this information to other users during gameplay. You are responsible for ensuring your display name does not violate these terms or infringe on others' rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Squad Trivia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of trivia questions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squad Trivia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Interruption of service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in content

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Squad Trivia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma.
